Performance Pickleball RVA (PPBRVA), a new indoor pickleball facility, is open at the former Macy's store in the Regency mall. PPBRVA has 12 courts, making it the largest indoor pickleball facility in Virginia. The facility also offers a variety of amenities, including a pro shop, a cafe, and a fitness center.

Bangers and Dinks, an indoor pickleball facility in Chesterfield, VA, is offering a variety of pickleball leagues and tournaments for players of all skill levels. The facility also offers pickleball lessons and clinics.

Thalhimer Realty Partners are involved in bringing in pickleball facilties to Henrico and downtown Richmond waterfront area in the the former Haxall Canal hydro plant. The downtown area is stated to host both pickleball and padel courts.

The City of Richmond is planning to install pickleball courts at several of its parks. The first pickleball courts are expected to be installed at Pony Pasture Park and Azalea Park in the spring of 2024.
